今报郑州讯近日，记者从国家广电总局获悉，2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试时间已经确定，将于10月20日、21日进行。
举行广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试，是根据《行政许可法》及《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》（国务院令第412号）的相关规定，对广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人，实行资格认定制度的重要内容。
资格考试面向全社会，实行全国统一大纲、统一命题、统一组织、统一标准的制度,每年举行一次。今后，依法设立的广播电视节目制作、播出机构未取得执业资格的人员，以及准备进入广播电视行业从事采访编辑和播音主持工作的人员，必须通过广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试，并通过所在单位向省级广播电视行政部门申请注册，取得《中华人民共和国广播电视编辑记者证》或《中华人民共和国播音员主持人证》，才能从事采访编辑和播音主持工作。
编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试的各科内容较往年，做了相应调整，突出考察考生的综合素质和必须具备的专业知识和基本技能，符合各级电台、电视台发现、选拔采编人才设定综合素质和专业知识技能需求。

2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试定于2007年10月20日、21日举行，有关事项公告如下
报名条件
（一）遵守宪法、法律、广播电视相关法规、规章。
（二）坚持四项基本原则，拥护中国共产党的基本理论、基本路线和方针政策。
（三）具有完全民事行为能力。
（四）具有大学专科及以上学历（含应届毕业生）。
（五）参加2006年资格考试单科成绩达到60分以上的，本科目可以免试。
报名方式、时间与地点
报名方式分为网上预报名和现场报名。
（一）网上预报名的时间是5月15日至6月30日。参加考试的人员在上述期间内登录以下网站进行网上预报名：

（二）现场报名时间与地点。
考生网上预报名后，由本人在9月15日至9月24日（8：00~18：00，周六、周日不休息）到郑州广播电视学校（郑州市文化路79号）进行现场报名确认、交费。
（三）收费标准：仍执行现有标准，即编辑记者180元/人；播音员主持人220元/人。
报名材料
报名人员应当提交以下材料：
（一）2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试报名表。报名人员可在预报名网站报名后，下载打印报名表，在报名时提交审验；也可直接在报名点领取报名表，真实、准确地填写相关信息，并提交审验。
（二）本人有效身份证件（居民身份证、军人证）原件及复印件（A4纸）。
（三）本人学历证书原件及复印件（A4纸，应届毕业生可凭学生证报名）。
（四）有免试科目的考生必须带上2006年资格考试成绩单（由考生本人在网上打印）。
现场报名时，当场摄取报名人员证件照片。经审验符合报名条件的，由省级广播电视行政部门发给准考证。
考试科目
2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试分公共科目考试和专业科目考试。
（一）编辑记者资格考试、播音员主持人资格考试公共科目：综合知识。
（二）编辑记者资格考试专业科目：1.广播电视基础知识，2.广播电视新闻业务。
（三）播音员主持人资格考试专业科目：1.广播电视基础知识，2.广播电视播音主持业务（笔试加口试）。
复习备考
报名参加2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试的人员，可依据广电总局制定的《2007年全国广播电视编辑记者、播音员主持人资格考试大纲》进行复习、备考。
